I love their customer service and the owner and staff are terrific.

THE BEST. As a woman, visiting auto shops was always infuriating. Men would take advantage since I did not know much about cars and prices and would not give me the same level of priority and respect they would give men. Here at Germosen, I felt safe. Services I needed for my car were explained and they were beyond patient. They were each sweet, kind, and most importantly respectful. I would recommend 100x.

Great customer service and my car feels like new
State Inspection & Emission
Our goal at Germosen Truck and Auto Service is to offer our customers a safe, very competitive, and fast State Inspection service.
Is your CHECK ENGINE or SERVICE SOON light on in your vehicle? well, we have good news for you. Germosen Truck and Auto Service, Inc. has certified technicians and the necessary equipment and software tools to find what is exactly wrong with your vehicle.
For years our customers requested us to offer the alignment service, but we wanted to do things right, and that’s what we did!. We now have alignment equipment that works with regular cars and trucks (up to 18,000 lbs), also we now have qualified personnel to offer our customers the service they expect.
Do I need to make an appointment to service my vehicle?
It is NOT required that you make an appointment before visiting us, but it will be more convenient to you if you knew exactly when we can service your vehicle.
Do I need to make an appointment to do my inspection?
No, you do not need to make an appointment. We use the first come, first served system.
If I failed my Emissions inspection, what’s next?
If you fail your emissions inspection you will need to fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle and bring the vehicle back within 30 days for a FREE re-inspection (same applies to the State Inspection).
My Emissions test came out as NOT READY FOR TESTING, what does that mean?
If the Emissions test results are “NOT READY FOR TESTING” that simply means that you need to drive the vehicle to reset the computer of the car in order to pass the inspection. We recommend to complete a driving cycle of 50-70 miles (highway) for the computer of the vehicle to be ready for testing. You need to bring the vehicle back within 30 days for the FREE re-inspection.
How can I pay for the work performed on my vehicle?
You can pay Cash or with any major US Credit/Debit Card (there is no fee).
Do you work with fleet insurance companies?
We do work with some fleet insurance companies, call and ask if you work with your company!
