• Do I need to make an appointment to service my vehicle?

It is NOT required that you make an appointment before visiting us, but it will be more convenient to you if you knew exactly when we can service your vehicle.

  • Do I need to make an appointment to do my inspection?

No, you do not need to make an appointment. We use the first come, first served system.

  • If I failed my Emissions inspection, what’s next?

If you fail your emissions inspection you will need to fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle and bring the vehicle back within 30 days for a FREE re-inspection (same applies to the State Inspection).

  • My Emissions test came out as NOT READY FOR TESTING, what does that mean?

If the Emissions test results are “NOT READY FOR TESTING” that simply means that you need to drive the vehicle to reset the computer of the car in order to pass the inspection. We recommend to complete a driving cycle of 50-70 miles (highway) for the computer of the vehicle to be ready for testing. You need to bring the vehicle back within 30 days for the FREE re-inspection.

  • How can I pay for the work performed on my vehicle?

You can pay Cash or with any major US Credit/Debit Card (there is no fee).

  • Do you work with fleet insurance companies?

We do work with some fleet insurance companies, call and ask if you work with your company!
